Latino Dance Fit with Maracas, incorporating dance and body weight exercises to obtain a full body workout and cardio blast to burn more calories during and up to 24 hours after the class, with an emphasise on working on those arms.

Specially designed for 'New Mothers' or ladies wanting to get back into shape. Choreographed body weight exercises to music with emphasise on core stability & strengthening the pelvic floor.
Dance Fitness in the pool and gym conditioning with foam dumb-bells and noodles. Low Impact, for all levels of fitness. Work as little or as hard as you wish. Have fun and cool down from the suns rays.
